Online Gift Cards for $100. They are sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The recipient of an Online Gift Card will receive an email with a Gift Card Code redeemable only https://www.modamarieclaire.com. The code is activated within 24 hours after receiving the email.
Gift cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash except as required by law. If the gift card is lost, stolen or damaged, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. There are no usage or monthly maintenance fees.

Changes and cancellations
As all items (including everything made to our size chart) are made-to-order, if you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact us within 3 hours. We will cancel your original order and place a new one.
Returns Policy – Keeping it Simple…
Since we want you to love your Moda MarieClaire clothing, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider). Please double-check your measurements and colour choice before ordering. If your item is faulty, incorrect, you have changed your mind, or requires a different size and you ordered from our size chart, we offer a full refund or store credit. You may receive your refund in one of the following two ways: A refund of the item purchase price, made in the original form of payment OR A store credit – for the item purchase price. Please contact us before sending back your item. You will have to ship the item back to our headquarters. Items must be posted back within 14 days of receipt, with the postmark indicating the date and insurance. You will need to send us the tracking number as we will not refund any items lost in the mail without a tracking number and insurance. Please remember that the clothing is made just for you according to your selected size from our chart and your favourite fabric and colour. As such, if we feel you have made a ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase, we will decline the application for a refund. Note, we understand that you may want the perfect fit and so we do accept orders with your own measurements. However, custom dresses are made specifically for the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and length). That means no one else will be able to wear the item once it’s made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Any items custom made for your body measurements rather than to a size on our size chart are final sales. Clearance items are final sale and we cannot ship a different size or item back to you.
